Casey Dulin is the girls basketball all-time leading scorer in Milford with 1,639 points. Selected All-State in basketball three times, the Jonathan Law High School graduate played from 2007-10. Named to the GametimeCT’s All-Decade Connecticut Girls High School Basketball team from 2010-2019, she showed off her skills at an early age. In first grade she was playing on youth basketball teams with fourth-graders. At age 9, she scored 52 points in a youth basketball game. At 10, she earned most valuable player honors at the University of Connecticut Basketball Camp. Casey was named the Connecticut Post Female Athlete of the Year in 2010 after she averaged 18 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists per game. On the volleyball court, Casey led Law to an Southern Connecticut Conference title as a senior when she had 66 aces, 295 kills, 17 blocks and 237 digs. She also holds the school record for career digs with 676, despite the fact that she had never played volleyball before her freshman year. She finished with 1,094 kills, 52 blocks and 193 aces. New Haven Register All-Area MVP in volleyball in 2009, she was selected All-Area three times. A McDonald's All-America basketball nominee, Casey was named the MVP of the CHSCA Class S-M All-Star game. She was an All-Southern Connecticut Conference basketball performer in each of her first three years and was named to the New Haven Tap-Off Club All County team. Casey played four seasons at Marist College, where she was twice named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference all-tournament team. A two-year captain, Casey nearly recorded a triple-double in the 2013 MAAC championship game versus Iona, finishing with 12 points, nine assists and eight rebounds. She scored a team-high 13 points against No. 5 Michigan State in the NCAA Tournament, going 5-8 from the field and 3-4 from three-point range. She was a second-team All-MAAC selection her junior year. Dulin finished with 1,026 points to become the 21st player in program history to reach 1,000 career points.
